Forgotten password

I tried to get help logging into my original profile after forgetting the password.

I never received any email to allow me to sort this so I resulted to having to create my current profile instead. I even left a thread in your admin section which was the only area it said I could post as I hadn't authenticated the new email at the time. Can I please get some help to reset my original profile and then close the new one?? This is very frustrating getting no feedback!!
