I want to introduce you my new car :).

That's a 2003 45D, with 233 000kms. I bought it at low price, because there's a lot of work to take it to the road.

First of all, i've got the "tractor syndrome", so I bought a timing solenoid and I will fit it on the next week :). I also have to replace the left CV Joint and front discs and pads.

In the bodyshell, I replaced the bonnet, because she has an accident, the former owner has changed headlights and the front bumper. Fortunately, I easily found a new bonnet that has nearly the same color.

In the interior, the pull on the door liner is broken and there's not speaker grill (drilled). So I planed to change that too :).

A quick list of things that I will replace/fit/repair:

-The timing solenoid

-A new CV joint and discs/pads/calipers that came from my 400 (Vented)

-The door pull and the speaker grill (and all speakers from the 400)

-Fit front fog lights

-Fit headlight washers and pump, using washers that came from the windscreen wash, that I will paint.

-Fit Xsara mist washers

-SDI Injectors

-Sandstone beige leather seats (heated) that came from my 400 (the interior in the 400 is a 5 doors one, I adapted it for my 4 doors :)), just some questions about to fit the airbag and 45'seat commands.

-An extreme spoiler (the less "agressive" :))

-A new steering wheel beige/black with steering wheel controls, and to fit it with my stereo unit.

-A parking aid

-Fit the empty catalyser that came from my 400, and reset pressure of wastegate by turning the wastegate rod.

-To grease centralization motors and window regulators (they are low or noisy :()

-To fit a xenon kit with "automatic level adjuster" (I don't know if there's the good words :D

-To (re-)fit a rear courtesy light that came from a 75 (Already done in my 400)

-To (re-)fit a 75 rear view mirror (Already done too :D)

-And the normal maintenance (engine and gearbox oil, coolant, filters..)



I've got all of these parts, so I just have to fit them (more easy to say lol)



In the future, i've got projects as to fit Cruise control (it seems to be difficult :(), to add some lights (windows switches and footwells), and also to fit rear calipersthat came from my 400 (260mm I think, in solid), but not now, the parking brake is bloqued sometimes, i've got to open calipers. Obviously, I will have to fit new rear wheel bearings.



Finally, I've got a lot of work, but that's not scares me !
