Front Electric Window and Alarm issues

Hey guys,



Been a while since I've posted and sorry it's under troubling circumstances but I have 2 issues I'd like some help with if possible:



1) Sensor issue on offside rear passenger door:

For a few months, the dashboard light would come on whenever I went round a corner. It was only temporary but could happen at anytime. I put it down to a loose connection on the sensor as the door was always secure when checked and also has the child lock on. It did give a helping hand to the battery requiring replacement though.



After the battery was replaced, I still had the above issue for another couple of weeks before it righted itself. so, on to issue 2:



2) I recently changed the battery on my 620 SLI and the alarm hasn't worked since. That said, for the first month, whenever I locked the car, I started to notice it was unlocked when I came back. I thought it was me at first but then it started to do it within a few seconds of me locking it. It got to a point where it would lock/unlock at any time, even when I was in the car driving which caused an interesting moment as I was unable to open the door as the car kept locking itself.



I have the doors opened multiple times during the time this happened looking for the issue to no avail still, weirdly the lock/unlocking issue resolved itself as mysteriously as it started.



The alarm issue has not so I now have no alarm when the car is locked. Any help if appreciated.



3) Both front driver and passenger windows have dropped out of the rubber mountings and although I managed to get them in and the windows closed, they simply do not stay if I then try to use them normally. If it wasn't for the sunroof and the rear windows still working, I'd be sitting in an oven the last week or so.



On checking, I found the front passenger mechanism has actually snapped.



I know I can get a replacement mechanism at a scrappy if I can find a car in one. that said, short of everything inside the door (Which might be an option but may also have the same problem), is there anywhere I might be able to get hold of replacement rubber mountings that aren't too expensive?



Also, as a though, does anyone know if it's possible to find the rubber as new? Is there anyone that makes and sells it in rolls that you can cut to length and fit where needed?
