Head gasket failure ?

Hi All

2004 1.8 spark

I am after a second opinion please

I am assuming that the head gasket has failed

These are the symptoms

Whilst engine is running and hot the header tank fills up but does not leak past the cap .When cold the coolant level goes back to nearly normal with just a small loss of coolant

The engine does not overheat

There is no water in the oil

There are no leaks

Opinions gratefully received before I go ahead and get my toolbox out :-)
