HT leads MG TF 115
Hi Guys,
I've been enjoying my TF for a week now and have been walking around with a big smile all week.
I changed the oil for a cheap oil to clean the engine out an filled the gear box. It took a liter of 75w/80w, so it was worth it.
I'm now in the process of ordering the various parts to do a big service in a few weeks. Oil filter, oil, Pipercross airfilter, spark plugs, fuel filter, all that kind of stuff.
However I think I might as well change the HT leads also. Last time they were changed was 5 years ago. But when I had the engine bay open earlier this week I didn't look what setup it is. After some googleling and Ebay-ing I'm more confused than ever.
I could open up the engine bay again but thought I might as well ask here. What kind of HT leads would I need? Does the MG TF 115 have a distributor cap? I ask because I get a lot of hits on Ebay and Google for sets with 5 leads. 4 cables for the plugs an 1 cable for the coil to distributor cap. On the other hand I find threads in forums telling me the MG TF 115 has 2 coil-on-plug with 2 additional cables running to the other plugs.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Martijn
