Kids in a TF,, law question

Hi guys , heres a one for all the dads and grand dads on here .



My grand daughter wants to ride in the TF .



What are the laws on kids in the TF ?



She is 1.28m tall and 7 1/2 years old , I have a booster seat for her , but , am I right in saying that she needs to be 1.35m tall before she will be able to go for a ride with me .



Do any of you take kids out in your TF ?



Any info please .
