MGZR 160 tyres seem to rub on full lock

Hi,

I have recently purchased an MGZR 160 and have noticed the tyres are rubbing on full lock. I have read that this is a problem if you put 17" wheels on the 25 but should be ok on the ZR. Do tyre pressures make a difference? Are the tyres supposed to be that close as to just miss the bottom of the shock? I have always had a TF so I am not used to the ZR.
