MOT advisory - steering

Got a fresh 12 months ticket for my 25 today without too much hassle. Few advisories, needs a CV boot but one of them was 'Play in steering rack inner joint(s)' which concerns me a little more. Is there anything that this is likely to be, had a bit of a search but couldn't find much on it for the 25/ZR?
