Not looking good- please tell me I'm wrong...

...to be diagnosing HGF.



Oil level was a bit low on Sunday so topped up. Checked the oil & coolant again today, oil level is down a little and coolant level is up by the corresponding amount. Oil floating on top obviously :(



HGF is the most likely scenario isn't it? Is there anything else significant that might be putting oil into the coolant?
