poorly rover 45

Hi can anyone help me please. i have a rover 45 and from the beginning its been juddering. so i suspected it was the coil packs but recently the jumping got worse and it kept cutting out on me whenever i went down to second gear and below 30mph had to put my foot on the accelerator to keep it from cutting out on me used half a tank full of fuel going round my village. i have replaced the coil packs as i thought it was that. i have replaced the throttle, map sensor and the egr valve, going to replace the temp sensor today if that doesnt work what else could it be
