Watching this on the tv, I can't help but notice how the cyclists are complaining about the number of collisons/near misses with lorries turning left.



I will accept that some of the lorries are "left hooking" cyclists, but there is also an extremely high number of cyclists going up the blind side of lorries it's a joke.



Then one of the cyclists that they spoke to didn't have a helmet on. First thing they need to do is make it a legal requirement to wear a helmet.



I also think education is desperately needed and the blinkered media need to start showing both sides of the story.



For instance if this lorry driver is found not guilty they should have to report the fact.
