Upgrading Seats to leather help?

I have a 2004 facelift cdti connoisseur, i want to upgrade the seats to leather, i have the main electric plug under the seats, any idea if the pre face lift leathers will fit ok? air bag plugs etc? simple case of swapping? any help much appreciated.
