Rover 214

We bought a lovely red rover from this forum a couple of years back and it did us really well but had a few issues this year - after a new exhaust, thevstarter motor needed replacing, then the water pump and cam belt, and discovering that the head gssket has gone too signs him off :( we got another, exactly the same model but SEi on ebay yesterday, dark green metallic I think from piccies... and go to collect tomorrow.

Biggest quessie- any idea what the SEi means? It looks pretty smart and will be hubby's 5th 214 now, he likes that make and model, they are brilliantly reliable until the head gaskets go and somehow suit my hubby. This new one cost us £196.00 so if it lasts us 2 years we're laughing.

Is "Red Rover"(?) Still a member? He seemed to be a really nice guy and might want to know his old car has now come off the road.

If anyone's looking for parts, let me know before the old one is scrapped.
