Slightly miffed!

Just booked the next two days off to crack on with replacing the subframes on my F and my back up car, a rover 25 has just died big time!



Water has gone into the crankcase I think but the engine is seized solid!



I am hoping I can harvest some bits. Would the Alternator fit an F?



Anyway tomorrow will be spent buying another car rather than getting my F sorted.
