Strange brake problem

Hi guys and gals,



Wifes 04 TF had the common brake lights staying on problem this morning so i checked the switch at the pedal and all seems fine with switch but i found that on depressing pedal and thus operating the switch then the radiator fan came on?

Any ideas as the brake lights are still staying on :confused:
