Stuck front brake disc

Hi,

Trying to change the discs and pads at the front of the car.

I have changed pads and discs before .I thought

An hour or so later I would be driving

However the passenger side won't budge

Tried the biggest hammer I have to try and get it moving

And a puller without any movement

Just seems welded onto the hub

Any advice?
