Timing belt question.

Is the timing belt on the L series on the side with the air box? Might be a stupid question but want to check.



Belts on the other side are waterpump, alternator etc?



I ask as I had a diesel leak from the leak of pipe on injector 4 the other week but had to do 200 miles anyway so everything got a bit wet on that side. Timing belt is really due for another 18 months / 9000 miles.



I also had a leak from injector 1 when I put in the SDIs so everything the other side got wet now too. lol



Would diesel damage the timing belt if it did get wet etc?
