Rover owners: Value estimate for a Rover 100

Alas, lack of drive space means my beloved 100 will have to be sold, but only to someone who will care for her I promise.

The car is an N reg, it will have 12 months MOT and 6 months Tax. The car has done 34,000 miles. The engine is a 1.6 K series from a Tomcat. I fitted a new cambelt and CHG when I fitted it to the car. It has GTi brakes, a rear anti roll bar and nice seats, though these need attention.

I really haven't got the first idea of what it could sell for, any ideas?
