Clutch judder

Hi,

Just back from a 90 mile trip. I have noticed that the clutch has become"juddery" when the car has warmed up. No problems when moving through the gears, the judder appears when moving away from stationary.

Most annoying is that I had the clutch replaced along with the slave and master cylinders last year. Anyone have any ideas? thanks.
