L E D lights

Hi all, just a question re led interior lights.

Mine remain ever so dim when the car is off and locked and remain on like this constant.

I've asked around and am told this is normal and will NOT drain the battery as a little power is always present thru the interior light only as LED lights use very little power you can see the lights on very dim when the car is locked but this small amount of power is not enough to notice on normal festoon bulbs.

Anyone else know if there is a problem or if the info I have heard is correct?
