Tip for polishing the plastic rear window.

I think I have a useful tip for polishing the plastic rear window.

The best way to polish the window is taught when the roof is closed....I suppose?!

The outside is no problem, you can reach it easily.

However the inside is much harder. Hard to reach and very tiring working at an awkward angle.

So I had a brain wave and got the electric facial brush my wive uses. Got an old brush from the drawer and presto. It works like a treat, just put on a little polishing wax at a time and slowly work it along the window.

It cleared up my window remarkably.

This is the one I use (ridiculous price by the way) but plenty of cheap Chinese knock offs about. Just search "facial brush" on ebay.

And I was wondering, I have a nasty scratched area on the window where the previous owner let the wind stopper rest against the plastic windows when the hood was up instead of putting it down. Do you guys think it is safe to use a somewhat more abrasive polish to get it to clear? I mean first the abrasive one and then with the more mild polish.
