Need help please coolant hoses

Hello all, i have a rover 200 year 99, recently a curved coolant hose was leaking, so the mechamic couldnt find the same so he replaced it with another car hose, cutting and adjusting. Later as i drove a for a long journey, one hose at the top of the water pump burst, so he bypass the heater and was able tp adjust the hose. After a few days i again drove a for along journey and now a hose on top of radiator gets off, he adjusted it in its place and puts water ( he also removes air from the system) Today after a long route, the same hose gets off, so i screwed it back and puta water, but temperature rises and i put water again till i get home. Anyone can helpe please. head gasket was replaced a year ago, and oil seem ok, no mayo. Also i noticed that when i try to take the water cap off to put water, there is a sucking sound and the water come back to the tank again.
