what should i do?

I think that my water pump may be leaking and also have some coolant around the front of the cam carrier inlet manifold? it not really bad but want to sort it obviously i have ordered new timing belt and water pump and a gasket set, i think the cam carrier itself may have a little oil leak too, as i ordered a gasket set with new headbolts and earobic sealant should i just take the oppoprtunity to change every gasket that it comes with or only the parts that need to be changed, any advice is welcomed
