L/h compliance bush!!!

Been trying to remove the left hand compliance bush from my tf to fit a new poly bush and refurb the bracket after doing the right hand side BUT for the life of me I just can not get it out from the sub frame and the body of the car, some people have said it will come out with out dropping the sub frame but THERE is no room.

So has anybody done this job who can give a step by step guide to remove it
