low wine

no guys I dont mean the low alcohol variety !



my 1.8 connie has developed a low winning sound which varies with engine speed. It only started today and the car drives no differently.



It did it before last year and it just went away...



Any ideas?



I was parked on an icline at a car boot sale today and when i drove off it was there....the radio turned up trick does solve it but thats a trick i learned in my old VW passat....Any help appreciated ..thanks
