Would these springs fit my car

I have a mg zs 1.8

Am not sure if these would fit or not as it says fits rover 400 and am I rite in thinking they are practically the same car

And also had any one used gmax springs and if so are they any good as I have never heard of them if not any one no of anywhere I can get a half decent set for no more than £150 ish and am only looking to drop it about 25-30 mm ideally 40-45max not ideal
