New 75 owner, advice please?

Well established ZS / 45 owner and today purchased a 2004 75 Diesel Facelift.



Understand it has the E47 BMW lump in, 131BHP.



All looks ok and drives superb, this will be my long distance commuter between Kendal and Perth.



Is there anything to point out on this please? Any advice greatly appreciated thanks.
