pump timing or turbo?

hi guys. i had the belts done on my td latle but i noticed since the chamge that my car has developed some light blue smoke at first start of the day or if its left for a few hours. it also smokes a but if left to idle for a while and of revved i get puffs of blue smoke.



is this pump timing related or turbo?
