Slow electric windows

First off, these were self installed a while back, and I can't remember if they've always been this slow or loud, most likely.



Followed a guide, and a wiring diagram, everything works as it should, windows go up and down with the switches, even have the one touch mod in reverse for the drivers side (one touch up to close window instead of one touch down). It is a on a separate relay system, with the power from the fuse box in the engine bay.



My issues are this:



1. Passengers side is reeealll slow, drivers side slightly quicker.

2. Both are pretty loud as far as electric windows go

3. If I hold the drivers side switch down even after window is closed, it still makes a buzzing noise both from the one touch box and the relay.



Anyone have any ideas as to why these could be?
