Sound deadening R200/ZR doors

Hey, has anybody used any of the sound deadening products out there.... and more importantly are they worth it ??

im wanting to give the sound system a bit of an update on my BRM and the front speakers are the obvious choice... I decided upon the speakers ( Hertz 165L.5 ) but i get mixed reviews on the sound deadening, this is only a small upgrade rather than kitting the whole car out but I just cant decide :(
