Sticky calipers ??

How common is it for both rear calipers to be sticking at the same time,



At first I thought it was the handbrake and I'm positive it's off and now they are sticking under normal braking, now I get a constant scrape sound from passenger side and a squel from drivers side I'm guessing my pads have been worn down now



Is it just a case of rebuilding and greasing both calipers changing pads n disk if needed or could the problem be caused by something else
