still wont pass emissions

A new lambda sensor fitted and sorted that part of the emissions out but the garage doesnt know whether its the ecu now, apparently its running as sweet as a nut but they don't know why it wont pass the one lot of emissions, they say its fuel related as too much is going through, they have also asked us to source a throttle body anyone any ideas,
