What are the dimensions and weight of a MKII ZR bumper?

Hi all



I'm at work and am looking up couriers to take my MKII ZR bumper.

I've foolishly not measured it.



Anyone know the dimensions? (L x W x H)



And extra points if you know the weight (including mesh, fog lights and fog covers).



Happy to take guesstimates and if you know of a reasonably priced courier do let me know! Best I've found is about £20.
