What have I done ???

Last week I grounded the bottom of my '45 I went down a very steep incline and the tow hook hit the bottom very hard , hard enough to gouge the concrete ...I thought nothing off it as I have hit it before on high curbs, although this time i was moving faster ....today I noticed a rattle and a rubbing noise mostly on lock ..and the front O/S brake is squeaking whilst driving ...I have checked to see if the wheel arch is rubbing on the wheel but all seems fine..however when I reverse especially with right hand lock there is a rubbery squeaky sound and a rough sounding noise ...I have jacked up and checked and cant see anything physical but when i spin the wheel on lock it sounds noisy, rough and binds in places ....any ideas ...I am thinking ..warped disk , wheel bearing , or drive shaft ...could the impact have caused any of this ???? or something else ?? thanks ..............
