Windstop and Hoops question

Hi

Can anyone tell me if the standard windstop (mesh) will fit with roll hoops?

The car had the hoops when I bought it and also the holes in the Tbar for the windstop, my hoops tilt forward towards the front of the car and I am not sure what make they are, they bolt onto the steel box sction behind the Tbar if that makes sense you can see from this picture any help please.
