Chirping/Fluttering noise on 180

When the car warms up, it develops a chirping/fluttering kind of noise when going slow or stationary. At higher revs it stops.



From having a quick look under the bonnet, I think it's coming from near the alternator area. I've had a quick search around the net, and some say it could be the power steering pump, but just wondering if anyone else has any ideas?



I'll try get it on video tomorrow, but it doesn't seem to do it when stationary outside my house, but the car is parked on camber on the road, whereas it did it when I was parked in Sainsbury's carpark.
