OBD 11 Fault codes

Hello - my vehicle is an MG ZT T 1.8T 2004



When accelarating, basically foot to the floor eg from slip road onto motor way am getting a few judders as the turbo begins to spin - it lasts a few seconds then all is fine and the engine warning light comes on for 5/6 seconds. Car passed its MOT last week with no issues.



OBD 11 diagnostic gave the following result



FAULT CODE P1300 MISFIRE P1316 MISFIRE RECORDED



Can anyone advise what the problem is?
