Did ZRs ever have component speakers as standard?

Just wondering - I can see through the tweeter covers on my ZR that there's definitely tweeters in the front.



I was planning on upgrading my speakers soon - only had time to wire in my amp and sub so far, but am quite impressed by the speakers currently in it (powered only by HU).



I'll have this question answered whenever I find time to get the doorcards off anyway, but just wondered while I'm here.
