Gunson Ezibleed - Can it be used on Coolant System?
I haven't stopped banging on about it but I'm going to be replacing the radiator hoses this weekend due to a split which will involve a coolant re-fill + bleed. I came across something interesting (from a Google search) on an Elise forum, where a guy mentioned using a Gunson Ezibleed (designed for brake/clutch bleeding) to help prevent airlocks in his coolant system. Has anyone ever tried this before on an F/TF? I'm assuming a way of pressurising the system can only be helpful.
I have an Ezibleed, and even have a universal reservoir cap if the handful of caps that come with it don't fit the header tank.
What do you guys think? Worth using? or should I just stick to the standard method?
