hazards light on dashboard

Hi I was driving through the country lanes yesterday when a child rode out on his bike swerving to avoid him I ditched my passenger wheel which was instantly flat! First of all I thought nothing of it maybe the seal had broken on my tyre so I limped approx 1/4 of a mile to the nearest garage as It was the nearest place the road was wide enough yo change tyre. Upon inspecting the wheel properly I had bent my alloy wheel. Anyway whilst limping to the garage I had my hazard lights on (the first time I've ever used them) they went off fine and I drove home.

That night I went out to the car and saw the hazard light constantly illuminated so I put key in the ignition put the ignition on then off and it went. I've since returned to my car this afternoon and the light is back on and battery is dead any help would be appreciated.

Also can I fix my alloy ???
