Key fob reprogramming

Hi,

I've bought a could of spare fobs, which I would now like reprogramming. Just phoned a local garage who can do this and want £39 per fob. Does this sound reasonable?

Alternatively does anyone have any suggestions of mobile programmers (in the Northants area) or people they know who can do this?
