Mg zr td td05h turbo conversion

Hi,



Just wanting some help and advice,



I have an 04 plate, 115 diesel ZR, SDI injectors, induction kit, Full decat exhaust system, blanked EGR, FMIC and TD05H-16G Turbo...



I'm yet to have it remapped, but its a little disappointing so far in terms of power, i had a massive intercooler and power kicked in at 3,800 rpm... now i have downsized it, still no difference, its boosting even less! i will check for boost leaks when i get chance..



Any help or what to expect, or if you think its too big for a diesel?
