mgf vvc emissions problem

Hi people

I am having a problem with my p reg 1.8 vvc and wondered if anybody could help.

Car wont go through emissions and redlines at 5500rpm instead of the normal 7000?!?!

Also can someone tell me the routing for the front to rear brake lines.

Am a mechanic with no experience of mgf's and have taken to this one as a project for next few months. :)

Other problems to come but the big things first
