Price for head gasket, timing belt, water pump

Good afternoon peeps,



I've not posted much as not had anything wrong with the car since I got it May 2013.



I've noticed the 'mayo' on the header tank lid and it's starting to go through water a bit too much so i'm thinking the head gasket has gone.

It's a 53 plate with 44k miles - the timing belt was changed last in 2009 so i'm going to stump up and get the lot done at once (water pump too as it's cheaper in the long run)



What cost would you suggest a garage is going to charge for this please?

I've been quoted £800 all in - that's 12hrs labour, parts and head skimmed - is this about right?



I would have a go at doing it myself but I just don't have the time and would rather someone more experienced with the MGTF to complete it.
