Rear passenger Window sills need replacing

Hi does anyone have a solution for outer window sills on rear passenger doors which have surfaces burnt in the sun leaving the bare metal . ( Rover 414 SI saloon . ) the edges of the metal strips appear to be wavy .are these sills available new or can the old metal be recovered again in a similar half round black material ?
