Starting issues

Hi guys I have reacently been fixing up a zr 1.4 a friend got for very cheap due to headgasket failure, change the gasket and all the belts water pump etc etc, started lovely only to find the cluthc was slipping, I didn't have time to fix the cluthc straight away do the car sat for a few weeks, during this time the cars boot was left open and the light drained the battery, now we haven changed clutch etc but the bloody thing won't fire up, today everything has been checked, coil packs, sparks, fuel lines, crank shaft sensor the lot tried all these parts on a different 1.4 and it never filled to start so now the only thing I can think that is causing this is the imobiliser is stuck on due to the flattening of the battery. What is the best way to fix this and get the car running?
