TF exhuast

I recently undid the valve on the right hand exhaust so both were working from the start. The sound was much better, but I have noticed I don't get the same kick as before above 4000 rpm and someone on here suggested that the K series actually works better with some back pressure. So I am thinking of turning the valve back. Any opinions???
