Air appears in fuel filter/ poor starting

Hi all, has anyone poss had fault that every 150 miles my diesel fuel filter ends up req bleeding of air and causes non starting then after a fuel filter bleed and cracked injectors car starts and drives perfect, it's like it's drawing air in somewhere & it's a new fuel filter & I've had fuel tank off as found a while ago it was very difficult to fill with fuel and previous owner must have annoyed someone as found 5 large stones in filler neck and 4 in tank and the tank breather was blocked as it use to suck the priming bulb flat and cut out but now reqs bleeding every 150miles now, ahhhhh it's doing my head in as its a cracking car but I've got my petrol mg zs up for sale but thinking twice now lol, the joys of motoring 😠
