Halfords Oil Filter

Hi all,



Just got an oil filter from halfords - my old one was HOF213, and I got the same one from the store but on the filter itself it says HOF213W - the holes are smaller than the previous item and have some strange gasket on them which will only move inwards (I don't trust it!). Plus the filter itself is longer than my previous one.



Does anyone know if this is how it is meant to be? The website for HOF213 has an image of a filter that says HOF213W - quite a coincidence I'm sure, but still a little cautious!
