problem with low rpm ..

So , when i start the engine early in the morning , its stops in the moment its starts . then i start it again and rpm is around 1100 1-2 min . then they go around 600-700 and rpm changes up and down . even if i press the gas and keep it 1500 rpm , the motor still changes in diapason 1400-1600 . If then i press the gas like 6000 and remove the leg from pedal , its almost reaches 0 rpm .Then it recover to 600-700 .. also if i start the car in one day like 10times - every time the car responds better . but still when in *stop* position , the motor change the rpm in diapason 600-700 .. and thats really annoying , cause the coupe vibrating .. Any idea why ?
